Some elements of the house are a bonus. Yes a well designed house makes the choice easier, but then with this choice will come other features that are nice additions. Smaller features of a house are not the deciding factor of home buying, but often help with the decision. One of these smaller features that could go along way is the kitchen cupboards or in other words the kitchen cabinets. Cabinets are not the first thing you think about when entering a house, but once you get to the kitchen, this feature becomes a noticeable and important attribute.

That’s a good tip for determining the decor for our homes - have different plans for public versus private areas. What other sport allows you to expand your roster by 60% for the last month of the season? Then, you have to decrease your roster by 15 players in time for the playoffs!

These September call up players can play a pivotal role down the stretch. So, I’m always amazed that teams don’t all call up 15 more players on September 1! I mean, why wait? You could have that speed merchant pinch runner from a Low A team that can steal that base and possibly earn a wild card spot for you!

1) The cool garage game room - Every guy would like to have his own space where he can get away and hang out. Depending how much you are into games and game machines, the garage is a perfect place if you have the space. There is no better area to put a real pinball machine or old arcade game or games. If you have the space and the money, you can really do it up right and turn part of your garage into a themed game room. You can put in carpet or some other surface underneath and put the appropriate memorabilia on the walls. Just remember to heat it properly in the winter if you live in a cold area.
